Shipping policy
At SOL y Luna, we want your new pieces to arrive safely and efficiently. While we haven't mastered teleportation just yet, we work hard to get your order out the door and into your hands.
Processing Time:
Before your package takes flight, we need a moment to prepare it.
• Standard Processing: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pick, pack, and prepare your order.
• Weekends: We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend are processed the following Monday.
Shipping Rates & Speeds
We value transparency. Real speed requires real resources, so our rates reflect the actual cost of getting packages across the country safely.

Express / Air $28.00 2–3 Business Days
Orders $125+ FREE 3–6 Business Days
As soon as your package leaves our boutique, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Smart Tip: Keep an eye on your tracking link! Once the carrier updates the status to "Delivered," our part of the mission is complete.
The "Dark Matter" Clauses (Lost Packages & Errors)
• Wrong Address: Please triple-check your shipping coordinates (address) before checking out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost to re-ship it.
• Lost/Stolen Packages: SOL y Luna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier. If you are worried about porch pirates, please ship to a secure location (like your workplace).
